This beautiful cocktail ring features a large faceted Citrine focal gem, surrounded by a matched set of thirty genuine green and yellow Sapphire's, each in a round faceted cut.
Each of the Sapphires is hand set into a yellow gold vermeil bezel, topping intertwined individual branches. These branches clutch the focal Citrine gem in place.
