How can I contact you?

Click here to contact us. We are able to reply to most inquiries within an hour during business hours, and within 12 hours at all other times.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the UK, US, Canada and most of Europe. Please cntact us if you would like to place an order from a different location.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

UK orders have a delivery time frame of 3-5 days on average; if you require your order sooner please contact us. We are usually able to accommodate requests for immediate shipping and urgent delivery deadlines.

What are your delivery charges?

UK Standard Delivery: FREE SHIPPING on orders over £50

£7 Flat rate shipping on orders under £50 to all UK destinations.

£10 UK Special Delivery.

International shipments are calculated at checkout, based on location and shipment weight.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept most major Credit Cards, Afterpay, and ShopPay. 

Is tax included?

All product prices are inclusive of tax.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes. Add a note to your order if you would like gift wrapping.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Please note that we do not accept returns of items made to order, altered or resized, discounted or sale items. 

All vintage and antique items are pre-loved and are sold in 'as-is' condition.  We do not accept returns of these items based on item condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period excludes the transit time for us to receive your return from the postal service.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
