Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the US and Canada.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

US orders have a delivery time frame of 5-7 days on average; if you require your order sooner please contact us. We are usually able to accommodate requests for immediate shipping and urgent delivery deadlines.

Orange County, CA orders may be available for local pick up in Irvine by special request.

What are your delivery charges?

US Standard Delivery: FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75

$5 Flat rate shipping on orders under $75 to all destinations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept most major Credit Cards, Afterpay, ShopPay and Paypal. 

Is tax included?

All product prices are inclusive of tax.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Yes. You can add gift wrapping during checkout.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of earrings except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Please note that we do not accept returns of items made to order, altered or resized, discounted or sale items. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period excludes the transit time for us to receive your return from the postal service.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
